For new buyers we open a trial order at a smaller quantity so you can judge the quality first. Once the trial is approved, following orders are usually counted per 20ft or 40ft container.
Yes. We handle OEM and private label production from the technical drawings or physical samples you send, including hangtags, labels, and packaging that meet the retail standards of your market.
On average 30 to 60 working days after the sample is approved and the down payment is received, depending on how complex the weaving is and how many items go into one container.
Inspection happens three times: when raw material arrives, while production runs, and on the finished goods before stuffing. We send the photo-documented inspection report before the container is loaded.
Shipments usually go through Tanjung Priok or Tanjung Emas Semarang port on FOB terms. Other terms can be discussed to suit the buyer.
Yes. Raw material comes from selected suppliers in the rattan-producing regions of Kalimantan and Sulawesi, and the origin documents are prepared according to the applicable export requirements.
