Warehouse & Quality Control

Counting, recording, and quality checks on both raw material and finished goods before they enter the container.

Warehouse work covers incoming material, physical counting, stock records, and the final inspection of finished goods. Every item is checked for moisture content, joint strength, weave neatness, and finishing quality. The inspection report and photos reach the buyer before loading begins.

Scope of work

  • Moisture and dryness inspection of rattan
  • Checks on joints, weaving, and finishing
  • Photo-documented QC report before loading
  • Stock records for raw material and finished goods

For new buyers we open a trial order at a smaller quantity so you can judge the quality first. Once the trial is approved, following orders are usually counted per 20ft or 40ft container.

Yes. We handle OEM and private label production from the technical drawings or physical samples you send, including hangtags, labels, and packaging that meet the retail standards of your market.

On average 30 to 60 working days after the sample is approved and the down payment is received, depending on how complex the weaving is and how many items go into one container.
