How We Work
Four stages from enquiry to shipment
Enquiry & Sample
You send the specification or design reference, we reply with a quotation and a sampling schedule.
Scheduled Production
Once the sample is approved, production is scheduled per container with regular progress reports.
Warehouse Quality Control
Finished goods are counted, recorded, and inspected. A photo report is sent before stuffing.
Stuffing & Shipping
Export documents are prepared, the container is loaded at our warehouse, and the goods sail to the destination port.

Frequently asked questions
For new buyers we open a trial order at a smaller quantity so you can judge the quality first. Once the trial is approved, following orders are usually counted per 20ft or 40ft container.
Yes. We handle OEM and private label production from the technical drawings or physical samples you send, including hangtags, labels, and packaging that meet the retail standards of your market.
On average 30 to 60 working days after the sample is approved and the down payment is received, depending on how complex the weaving is and how many items go into one container.
Inspection happens three times: when raw material arrives, while production runs, and on the finished goods before stuffing. We send the photo-documented inspection report before the container is loaded.
